Sample license and limitations

These terms apply to the $1,000 USD SoC Design + Verification RLVR Evaluation Sample: 5 Tasks (the “Sample”). By purchasing the Sample, the purchaser accepts these terms.
License for RTL Datasets materials
The operator of RTL Datasets grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the operator-authored task packaging, curation, metadata, schemas, verification contracts, and evaluation evidence internally for evaluation, research, and model development. Trained models and model outputs created by the purchaser remain the purchaser’s.
The purchaser may not resell or redistribute the operator-authored materials as a standalone dataset or competing task package, remove applicable notices, or use the evaluation results to claim that the Sample is a production benchmark.
Third-party material
The Sample includes third-party material. Applicable third-party terms and preserved notices govern the corresponding files and take precedence over these terms where applicable. The purchase does not grant exclusive ownership of third-party material or reduce rights already provided by those terms.
What the Sample is
The Sample is an evaluation package containing five public task bundles: three RTL design or repair tasks and two verification-authoring tasks, plus specifications, editable starters, public tests, metadata, reward contracts, schemas, aggregate results, and sanitized trajectories.
What the Sample is not
- It is not a production benchmark or a guarantee of model performance.
- It does not include private graders, hidden tests or mutation banks, gold solutions, completed model solutions, raw agent messages, credentials, or private toolchain images.
- It is not a turnkey hidden-reward runtime, and the hidden reward cannot be reproduced from the download alone.
No warranty
Except where required by law, the Sample is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed compatibility with any particular model or toolchain.
