Digital delivery and refund policy

Delivery
After Stripe confirms payment, the purchase browser receives immediate download access for 12 hours. Download access is revalidated against the current payment, refund, and dispute state.
If the checkout return is interrupted, revisiting this site in the same browser within seven days automatically attempts to restore a fresh 12-hour access window. This recovery requires the browser's essential checkout data to remain available. Download and save the archive from the confirmation page.
If automated recovery does not complete while the payment remains active, contact root@puul.ai from the checkout email address. We will verify the purchase and restore access.
Refunds
Because this is an immediately delivered digital product, sales are final after access is issued, except where required by law. We will review duplicate charges, failure to deliver, corrupted archives, or a product that is materially different from the published description. Contact us within seven days of purchase with the checkout email address and a description of the issue.
A refund, reversal, or payment dispute disables future download access. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
